Bespoke Cover for Gated Residential Communities
We are the only broker that we know of who has arranged a bespoke scheme with an insurer for a particular high net worth geographical area in the UK.
Working with one of our partner insurer, Zurich Private Clients, we launched a scheme specifically for residents of the Ringley Road area of Whitefield, Manchester. This facility has been a fantastic success and many residents of the area have found huge benefits both in terms of cover and premium by insuring as part of the scheme.
We believe this can be replicated wherever there is a large concentration of High Net Worth home owners and are already in discussions to launch similar schemes for some gated residential communities elsewhere in the UK.
