When a claim occurs, it is the acid test of the insurance policy and what makes it tangible. At Reich we will ensure that the process is navigated with the minimum of fuss, putting you back into your pre-loss position as quickly as possible. You do not need to spend money on a loss assessor; you have us on your side.

Our claims process:
Service is once again key to our offering. It is what sets us head and shoulders above our rivals. Here are the key elements of what we offer:

  • All of our claims staff have appropriate qualifications. In addition, they can call upon the expertise of a number of ex loss adjusters on our staff thus providing vast experience at all levels.
  • One of our two Partners, Simon Taylor, ACII, FCILA, is also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Loss Adjusters. He has over 20 years' experience in claims handling and was very well known nationally in the Loss Adjusting industry before moving into broking.
  • We have a unique agreement with Insurers to use the service of a nominated firm of Chartered Loss Adjusters who have been pre-chosen by ourselves. When a large claim occurs, the loss adjuster appointed will be someone known to us, providing independent professional assistance where it is most needed.
  • Our state of the art scanning system allows us to instantly send correspondence such as estimates and invoices to Insurers to ensure the quickest response possible.
  • We proactively involve ourselves in recovery actions against third parties, from standard motor claims to large commercial losses caused by negligent contractors, costing hundreds of thousands of pounds. Our mission is to ensure that your claims experience is kept to the absolute minimum, thereby assisting you when it comes to the renewal of your policy. At Reich we feel the claims service we provide to our clients is of supreme importance.
