Reich offer a generous holiday entitlement package starting at 25 days for new starters increasing to 32 days based on length of service calculated as follows:
- After 5 years’ service – 27 days
- After 10 years’ service – 30 days
- After 15 years’ service – 32 days
Child Care Vouchers
Reich provides this benefit where staff can opt into this tax-efficient scheme, helping to fund tax-free childcare fees.
This day is given in addition to annual entitlement and is dependent upon business requirements.
If your birthday falls on a working day, it will be given as an extra day’s leave.

Death in Service Benefit
5 times annual salary. Cover is provided by a leading Assurance Company, with a financial benefit which gives peace of mind and reassurance for your family and loved ones.
All employees are automatically enrolled in the group pension scheme with the option of contributing further payments to top up their pension. Employer contribution at 2% of annual salary (you can also contribute if you wish).
Healthcare Cash Plan Employee Assistance

CII Exam Support
