‘All Risks’, doesn’t always mean ALL Risks

All Risks never means All Risks. Instead an All Risks Policy is usually in respect of property damage only. It does not include any liability cover for any party. It also only covers the items in the schedule and will not automatically cover for plant, contents, buildings, works (unless noted on the document). Even when these covers are available, some perils can still be excluded by endorsements and/or can be restricted either by endorsement, excess or deductible.
